Vitamix 750 Pro Review

One of the currently strongest and highest quality professional kitchen blenders on the market has also come to our kitchen on review. We enjoyed working with the Vitamix 750 Pro blender and made a variety of wonderful dishes – from a chocolate smoothie to various raw desserts that were delighted to us. Just today, very popular and healthy, raw (desert) sometimes can be problematic for making. Why? The most common bases are nuts that are harder consistency, and for the needs of these desserts, they must be minced almost to the paste or pulp, depending on the recipe. In such a challenge, most of the weaker blenders show their defects and often end up in a garbage can, as grinding foods of hard consistency are too much a challenge to them. But not for Vitamix!

The powerful engine of a Vitamix 750 Pro did not have any problems with grinding anything that we put in its also a very resistant container. The blades on the bottom of the bowl did a great job of doing everything we literally threw under them. In this review, we will rely on the dishes we have worked on in Vitamix and the experiences that we had in practice.

1. Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

It is becoming more and more popular, which is nothing more than a little thicker smoothie. Density is achieved by using some frozen fruit, in our case banana. Frozen fruit could be a challenge for some blend, but Vitamix did a job without any problems. The result was a beautifully creamy smoothie bowl of dense consistency which was an ideal option for a healthy breakfast full of vitamins and minerals and nutritiously rich foods. In the summer it could be served as a healthy ice cream dessert!

2. Buckwheat Stars With Homemade Dried Apricot Jam

The challenge Vitamix had in this recipe was actually simple for him. We worked a healthy “jam” from dried apricots, how? The dried apricots we soaked before, then we squeezed it and minced it in Vitamix into a mash, with which we then put the roasted stars of the buckwheat dough together. The result was the wonderful Christmas biscuits we ate with pleasure and without a guilty conscience.

3. Healthy Snickers Dices And Raw Chili Dices

In the recipe for raw chili dices, Vitamix’s task was so harder – it needed to grind many nuts and dried fruits and cocoa into a mixture that would be completely connected and without a bunch of foods. Although Vitamix 750 Pro did not have any problems with that, the minimal challenge was that sometimes, despite the stick that comes along with Vitamix, the problem is to drive the foods adequately to the blades if the mixture is small and is at the bottom. The durable solution is an additional container of 0.9 l for mixing smaller quantities but in this case, the solution was by folding the lid a few times, mixing the contents of the container and with the “pulse” option to connect all the ingredients again.
