If possible, use organically grown carrots as there is no peel that you need to remove. Wash the carrots well, and chop them into smaller pieces. Insert them into a blender with 1/3 of the water you have prepared. Use the carrot pulp leftovers after straining to make biscuits.
Mix the juice until all small pieces of carrot are gone. Add the rest of the water and mix for another 20 seconds. Use a funnel and a tea strainer to squeeze out the excess liquid, pour it into a glass bottle, or directly into the glasses.
NOTES Do not refrigerate the juice - consume it immediately. Do not mix carrots with fruits because of possible bloating.
