Omega VRT350 Review – How Does It Work?
The vertical juicer works with a press screw technology and a shaft. The whole process is easier and faster with this vertical screw. Here the ingredients are processed at extremely low speeds (70 RPM) in order to keep the optimum amount of enzymes, vitamins, and minerals in the juice. It is also positive that significantly less foam is produced due to the low speed. It is pleasing that with this process both soft pressed material like most types of fruit, hard-pressed material like almost all types of vegetables, and partly also plant greens like leafy vegetables, spinach, wild herbs or grasses (e.g. wheatgrass or barley grass)) can be juiced. In addition, this model has an improved juicing sieve made of GE-Ultem material and also an improved juicing bowl. The new sieve is significantly harder and more stable and also has a positive effect on durability. Compared to the previous model, the filling opening was also made a little wider and in the shape of the letter “C”, which will prove helpful with citrus fruits or sliced apples.
Omega VRT350 Review - Pro & Cons
Pros
- Able to obtain very good “out of juicer” yields in most of our juicing performance tests
- A very affordable option for a juicer of this type (vertical masticating)
- Sometimes even available refurbished which reduces its cost even more
- Manufactured by a brand – Omega – with a very strong pedigree in the juicer industry
- Of similar build quality to juicers that retail for much more
Cons
- Extracts a very pulpy juice
- Lacks a few features and modern aesthetic of newer models of juicers of this type
- Doesn’t come with a juice cap – the absence of this important part reduces the overall ease of using this juicer
- Doesn’t come with any extra strainers – greatly reduces its versatility compared to other juicers of the same type
How To Use Omega VRT350 Juicer?
The instructions received are in English. However, the device is really easy to use. There are also numerous videos on the YouTube platform that show in great detail how to use the juicer. The accessories do not require any explanation. We have selected a video for you:
Omega VRT350 Review – Juicing Test
Test no1
We did a first test run. Due to the bad weather, we opted for many vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of carrots
- 4 organic apples
- 1 organic lemon
- 290g spinach
As recommended several times, we have pre-cut the ingredients. The lemon was peeled and quartered, the carrots halved lengthways, and the apples quartered. Our juice yield is great. As an exception, we have separated the pulp from the juice with an extra sieve. Juice quality: 5 stars, extremely tasty and fresh.

Test no2
Ingredients:
- 10 carrots
- lettuce
- rhubarb
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 cucumber
Again, the ingredients were processed and cut a little beforehand. We were also very satisfied with the juice yield.Juice quality: Even if we repeat ourselves, but the juice is really amazing. With regard to its structure, it is again very “calm”, homogeneous, not a foam-watery mixture, but a clear and really fresh and natural juice.
Test no3
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 cucumber
- 6 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 1 watermelon
- 1 honeydew melon
- Ruccola
- 1 piece of ginger
Juice yield and juice quality: First class.Homogeneous, little foam, a lot of pulp, great color. Isn’t it nice if the juice is not only healthy but also looks healthy?
Omega VRT350 Juice Yield And Juice Quality
Freshly squeezed vegetable juices. We already had a few test devices in our four walls. Everything was there, from absolutely cheap equipment to “professional juice presses”. But we have seldom received such delicious juice as a result. The slow juicing results in a very homogeneous, extremely delicate, and aromatic juice. A really first class result. The juice yield is also convincing.

What Is The Pulp With Omega VRT350?
Fortunately, we were able to determine a very dry pomace result for all recipes in our juicer test.
Omega VRT350 Application Tips
In order to enable better and faster juicing, you should cut the fruit a little bit beforehand. As a general rule, you should never overfill the juicer. In such a case, the auger and sieve could be damaged. Be patient when the device, juice quality, and health issues are important to you.
Green leaves and wild herbs should not be juiced in this juicer alone. Always mix it with some hard fruit and/or vegetables such as carrots or apples, then there are fewer problems here too. Otherwise, the fibers could wrap around the screw and this could lead to a jam.
Large seeds such as an avocado seed should be separated from citrus fruits beforehand.
Ideally, if you have large quantities, place a larger container next to the juicer so that you can pour it over quickly during the juicing process.
Omega VRT350 Design
The juicer looks very stylish. Definitely a win for the kitchen. Because the press is vertical and also has a very slim, straight line, it takes up little space and can generally be cleared away quickly.
Warranty
Personally, when buying a product in such a price range, I always find it very reassuring when the manufacturer not only predicts a long shelf life but also offers me a long guarantee period. So you are on the safe side and the purchase is even more enjoyable. We are therefore happy to inform you that the manufacturer gives a 10-year guarantee.
Cleaning
Cleaning is surprisingly easy and quick. Due to the hard plastic, hardly any juice residues stick and if you also use the supplied accessories, such as the brush, in this case, cleaning is a snap. The earlier this happens after juicing, the better. Immediately after juicing, let the warm water flow through briefly and then clean.

Omega VRT350 Review – The Final Thoughts
A top device from head to toe – and vertically! Powerful, but at the same time particularly gentle, impressive juice quality in combination with a very pleasant juice yield. Easy to clean, extremely long warranty period, and little space required in the kitchen. That is a very clear buy recommendation!
