Carrot Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-5 carrots (roots)
  • 1 L of water

PREPARATION:

If possible, use organically grown carrots as there is no peel you can peel. Wash the carrots well, brush with a vegetable brush or peel and chop into smaller pieces. Insert it into the blender with 1/3 of water. Mix until all small pieces of carrot are gone. Add the rest of the water and mix for another 20 seconds. Using a funnel and a tea strainer and a spoon to squeeze out excess liquid, pour the juice into a glass bottle or directly into the glasses. Use the carrot pulp leftover after straining to make a cracker.

NOTE: do not refrigerate the juice but consume it immediately. Do not mix carrots with fruits because of possible bloating.

The best way to make a juice out of raw carrots is to use a masticating juicer, such as Omega J8006 juicer.

Carrot Juice, Grapefruit, and Cayenne Pepper

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 cleaned and sliced red grapefruit
  • A little cayenne pepper

Slice the carrots and grapefruit into the juicer and finally sprinkle the juice with some cayenne pepper.

Carrot, Orange and Ginger Juice

  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 peeled and sliced orange
  • A slice of peeled fresh ginger

Slice the carrots, oranges, and ginger into the juicer.

Carrot, Apple and Lemon Juice

  • 3 sliced carrots
  • 1 sliced apple, best granny smith
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • A bit of salt

Natural Carrot Juice

INGREDIENTS: (for one person)

  • 100 ml of carrot juice
  • 100 ml of apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Procedure:

Peel the carrots and apples, mix and place in a juicer for mixing.
Add 2 tablespoons orange juice to the squeezed juice.
Serve and consume the beverage immediately.
